- Showers, tile, vanities and fixtures, from a single shower to the whole room.

- Several rooms or a whole floor taken on as one job, sequenced so the house stays livable.
- Basement waterproofing
- Water coming into a basement stopped at the source, then the space put back together.
Outside
- Decks and porches
- Decks, stairs, rails and covered porches, built new or rebuilt.
- Exterior painting
- Siding, soffits and porch ceilings, prepped before the first coat goes on.
Finish work
- Interior painting
- Walls, trim, ceilings and cabinets.
- Flooring
- Wood-look plank, tile and the subfloor work underneath.
- Drywall
- New board hung, taped and finished, and old walls patched so the repair does not show under paint.
- Cabinets
- Cabinets set level and scribed to the wall, with doors and drawers aligned.
Fixtures and wiring
- Plumbing fixtures
- Tubs, showers, sinks, toilets and faucets set and connected as part of a bath or kitchen job.
- Electrical
- Lighting, switches and outlets placed where the room needs them.
After property damage
- Restoration and reconstruction
- When damage affects your home, Leoysa repairs and rebuilds the affected spaces, from structural repairs to finished interiors. We are the contractor on the job; the claim itself stays between you and your insurer.
