What homeowners in metro Atlanta say about Leoysa

I’m an insurance agent and I have a lifetime of watching new construction, renovation, restoration, and remodeling work. I would put the fit and finish of Leo’s work up against the very best of what I have seen. The work is as good or better than the specialty contractors that work only on custom high-end homes. We’ll be using them again and again.

Great company to work with. I had my first insurance claim did not know what steps were next, they helped me throughout a stressful time.

Leo came in and worked with my budget supercede my expectations. Kept work area clean no dust or debris left out. Brought ideas I didn’t think of. Truly an expert in his field! 10 out of 10! Yes I recommend!!💯💯💯

We hired this contractor for several home renovation projects over time, including a kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, building a new deck, painting, and a variety of repair and improvement projects throughout our home. Overall, we’ve been very pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the team. They were dependable, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process. The craftsmanship and attention to detail really stood out, especially on the kitchen and bathroom renovations, and they consistently took the time to make sure things were done correctly. One thing we appreciated most was their willingness to help with both larger renovation projects and smaller fixes as issues came up. Communication was strong, timelines were handled well overall, and the crew was respectful of our home while work was being completed. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable contractor for remodeling, repairs, or general home improvement projects.

Outstanding work ! Very Professional and punctual. They built 2 decks for us and we couldn’t be happier . Will definitely use them again !

Leo and his Team completed a remake of our basement including removing our drop ceiling and replacing it with drywall, removing several portion of wall (some of which was load bearing), replacing the lower portion of our water piping, lighting, wiring and painting. Their pricing was very reasonable, they did excellent work and communicated often on progress or suggestions they had as they did the work. We were so satisfied they are coming back next week for another project. We would highly recommend them!!

We called Leo to help us diagnose a leak in our house and he immediately figured out the cause and fixed our problem the same day. His fees were extremely affordable and he is very honest. He found an affordable and effective fix. We will 100% call him again.

I highly recommend Leo and his team. He remodeled both of our bathrooms and replaced our flooring throughout the house. Leo and his team show up on time and work hard. Recently, his team pressured washed our house, driveway and sidewalks. They look great! I feel blessed to have Leo and his team here to help us with home remodels for years to come.

Leo and his crew did an outstanding job fixing two major issues at our office. First, they resolved a serious electrical problem involving the breaker and a shortage issue. Second, they repaired a leak caused by the recent flooding. They arrived within the promised timeframe, were professional, and successfully completed both repairs. We truly appreciate their responsiveness, quality work, and professionalism. Highly recommend Leo and his team for any repair needs!

Leo is the best! He has done numerous projects for us and is very honest, reliable, and delivers quality work. His team can do flooring, drywall, electrical, tile, painting, etc and is very affordable. We will continue to refer him to family and friends!
