Home renovations in Dallas, GA and metro Atlanta
When the job is more than one room, Leoysa takes the whole run at once: framing, drywall, floors, paint and fixtures in the order that keeps the house livable.
What a renovation job looks like
A renovation is a sequence. Walls and framing first, then the trades that live inside the wall, then board, floors, paint and trim. Leo runs the sequence so one crew is never waiting on another, and so the rooms you still sleep in stay closed off from the work.
What you get
- One point of contact for the whole job, which is Leo
- Framing and structural changes where the plan needs them
- Drywall, floors, trim and paint finished room by room, not all torn open at once
Leoysa brings in the right trades for the parts of a renovation that need a specialist, and Leo stays responsible for the result.
The estimate
We never quote a firm price online. A renovation price depends on how much moves and what is behind the walls. Leo walks the house, measures, and writes the exact number. The visit and the estimate are free.
Walk the house with Leo and he will tell you the order the work has to happen in. The estimate is free.
